At Probity, professionalism is shown in what we notice, question, verify, document, report and account for. These standards are not suggestions. They are how we work.

    We verify before we speak

    We check facts, figures, measurements and documents before presenting them as fact. If we do not know, we say so. Never guess. Never exaggerate. Never mislead.

    We see what others may overlook

    We do not simply visit, we inspect. We do not simply read, we scrutinise. When money is spent, we verify the figures.

    We do not look away

    When workmanship is poor, specifications are not respected or expenditure is questionable, we raise it, document it and follow it through. We never solicit or accept an undisclosed commission, favour or benefit.

    Every franc must be accountable

    Figures are checked, expenditure is supported, variations are explained and approvals are traceable. We do not inflate costs, conceal expenditure or casually approve what we cannot defend.
