Probity Property Services is based in Yaoundé, Cameroon. We serve clients across the cities of Yaoundé, Douala, Bafoussam, Bamenda, Buea, Limbe, and the smaller towns close to any of these cities, depending on the requirements of their property projects.

We provide representation services in the Acquisition of Property (Land & Buildings), Construction Management/Oversight, Procurement & Furnishing Management and Property Staffing & Support. Our role is to protect our clients' interests, ensure their property projects are properly managed, and see that every franc spent delivers value and is transparently accounted for.

Absolutely. We work with Cameroonians in the diaspora who need a trusted representative on the ground. We coordinate activities, monitor progress, provide regular updates and help ensure their interests are protected even in their absence.

No, we don't. Rather, we represent our clients' interests in sourcing, identifying, acquiring and developing suitable land and houses. We conduct the necessary checks, coordinate due diligence and support our clients throughout the acquisition process.

Certainly. We are not a construction company. You will therefore retain your preferred contractor while Probity independently oversees the project on your behalf, monitoring work quality, timelines, expenditure and overall progress to ensure your interests are protected.

Our fees depend on the type, nature, location, scope and duration of the service. We provide a clear proposal outlining our agreed services and accompanying fees for our client's approval before any engagement begins.

Yes, we do. We provide the following free services to our first-time clients:

  • Free Construction Site Review: We visit your construction site, assess ongoing work and provide expert advice on key areas requiring attention or improvement.
  • Free Building Plan Review: We review your building plans and provide expert advice on key aspects of the design and potential areas for improvement.
  • Free Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Review: We review your BOQ and provide expert advice on estimated costs, quantities and potential areas for cost savings.
  • Free Short-let Apartment Setup Advice: We provide expert advice on key considerations for setting up and operating a successful short-let apartment.
  • Free Short-let Apartment Business Review: We visit your short-let apartment business, assess its setup and operations, and recommend ways to improve service quality and business performance.

Yes. Under exceptional circumstances, Probity can assist you in identifying suitable contractors, technicians, staff or suppliers for your project. However, the final selection and approval remain entirely your responsibility. Probity does not assume liability for the quality, performance or outcomes of work or services provided by these individuals or service providers.
